They also never want to mention: 1) that slavery in Africa was indentured servitude; it was humane, it was only for a limited period of time, and it was NOT based on RACE; 2) Africans that sold other Africans did so under threat of violence or under coersion from Europeans, where their entire villages were threatened to be wiped out if they didn't sell to the Europeans; 3) when they sold them, they knew nothing of the brutality of the American chattel slave system, so were under the impression it would be like the African system.
