Yesss!!

Ask yourself why you think you’re in a position to “amplify” me in the first place. What brought you to the conclusion that I am in need of some sort of help that you can offer, and — more importantly — that I didn’t ask for? Presuming that you know best what we want/need infantilizes Black people and perpetuates the idea that whiteness is the ultimate source of authority and wisdom.
